Please note a group is minimum 10 people, maximum 38 people.
Group Bookings Terms & Conditions
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.
- The balance is due at least one month prior to arrival.
- All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The group agrees to adhere to Habitat HQ's House Rules or risk eviction.
Group Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation which is 31 or more days prior to arrival will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation which is 21 to 30 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation which is 15 to 21 days prior to arrival will result in a 75% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation which is less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Changes to Bookings
- Changes to numbers can be made to booking up to 15 days prior to arrival without a fee or penalty.
- Changes to numbers made less than 15 days prior to arrival where the number is decreased will not be refunded.
